K.A.R.E.N

An FPGA assistant with voice interaction, Breakout, and a screensaver.

Built as a team at uOttaHack 8. A Python controller links speech and keyboard input with Gemini, voice output, and commands for the FPGA.

SystemVerilog handles display timing, graphics, and mode changes. The project explores the boundary between flexible AI responses and deterministic hardware.
