As Hardware Engineering Lead, I designed and iterated custom enclosures and mechanical components in Fusion 360, developed prototypes through FDM 3D printing, and integrated LiDAR, camera, cellular, and embedded electronics across the series.
I selected PETG-CF for prototype strength and durability, upgraded printer hardware with a hardened extruder and nozzle to support the abrasive composite filament, and refined the designs through assembly and fit/function testing.
